Easy setup, and effective monitoring
We are gone away from home for periods of time, and this little water monitor saved us. It notified us Immediately when our water heater overheated and started spraying out hot water. We were able to get it shut off quickly with only minor water damage. One of our best purchases EVER!

Great Product! Highly Recommended!
We ordered this product for our basement sump pump well and it was easy to setup and is an exceptionally well built product. Having the ability to set it and forget it is great in its own right. No batteries to mess with and the ability to have multiple notification channels for the devices is a great advantage as well. We had a sump pump fail on us and our basement flooded causing thousands of dollars of damage. This product gives the user a peace of mind that a devastating event like this in your home can be avoided in the future. Great product for protecting your home!!

Wow!!
I am a tech and I rarely write a review, but I was very skeptical about this little device and I needed to write so others may know how well it works. I have a sub basement area that sometimes gets wet or too humid. Often the dehumidifier stops working for one reason or another or the condensate pump fails or clogs. I am constantly checking on both and worried something will go wrong. I ordered this device half skeptical that it was as simple as it sounded but it literally took five minutes to set up and three minutes to initiate a user account that was tied to the same email That I programmed the unit with. As soon as the unit was set up, I started to get alerts because I set one of the levels to give me a false alert. It sent an email it alarmed and texted me. It’s exactly what I wanted and what it claimed to be. Kudos to the developers. This is one heck of a product very simple in nature but I won’t worry anymore about my sub basement until I get an alert.

Easy to set up – works great
This is a very well designed temperature / humidity / moisture monitor — both the hardware and the software / website. Unlike many WiFi / bluetooth controlled devices, this was very quick and easy to set up. Worked first try. The alerts work great. The web site provides a graph to show changes over time. I’ve bought 2 so far. Good value – no negatives.
